壓濾機(jī)泵禁止盲目開大出口閥門，以免造成燒壞電機(jī)。需啊喲調(diào)整排料量時(shí)，切記應(yīng)調(diào)整出口閥門，調(diào)整進(jìn)料閥門易造成泵汽蝕，損害-。如果泵的進(jìn)料頁面過高（超過20m）或進(jìn)料壓力過大而造成盤根漏料時(shí)要適當(dāng)押金盤根，4寸壓濾機(jī)泵，達(dá)到不漏料為宜，壓濾機(jī)配用泵，不可壓的過緊。

in order to avoid leakage during shutdown，壓濾機(jī)泵， a little packing can be properly pressed before shutdown. close the inlet valve&stop the pump immediately so as not to cause the back pressure of the pump to cause damage to the reverse generating equipment&leakage of the packing roots.&quickly open the discharging valve，&finally slowly open the outlet valve of the pump， discharging the material in the feeding pipe， in order to avoid impurity depsition in the pump chamber clogging， if necessary， to install a flushing pipe for flushing.
