進(jìn)地下車庫的電纜保護(hù)管，套管必須出墻0.5m左右，便于后期電纜封堵及外墻防水。
提前準(zhǔn)備后期配套設(shè)施的規(guī)劃圖紙，如供配電施工圖紙及室外管網(wǎng)圖。這樣可以縮短交房時間和節(jié)約成本。
地下車庫的電氣預(yù)埋前結(jié)合風(fēng)管、管道圖紙，避免燈具與風(fēng)管和管道重疊，ppr管材管件，造成后期燈具安裝時敷設(shè)明線，增加造價及影響美觀。
